Thank you for being a part of HMSA’s legacy. We appreciate your dedication and ongoing support.  

As we reflect on HMSA’s 87 years of serving the people of Hawaii, we hope to continue our proud tradition of supporting causes that improve our communities. One of the ways we do this is through our annual Aloha United Way (AUW) campaign, which engages HMSA through our employees and retirees who donated more than $163,000 to AUW last year.

Our support of AUW aligns with HMSA’s mission of improving the lives of our members and the health of Hawaii. Here are some of the ways AUW supported the community in 2024:

     - Distributed 12 million tons of food to local families.
     - $840,000 Safety Net grants funded 33 local agencies to support families in crisis.
     - Safety Net programs served nearly 300,000 people.
     - Served more than 288,000 meals to individuals from keiki to kupuna.
     - Provided financial stability support to 29,000 people.
     - And more.
